Great Storage and Super Fast!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went from a working S8 to a new S23 without any issues. The transfer was super easy. Tons more storage and many new features help keep me up to date with technology.
Love that I can dim the screen super low for night viewing...couldn't do that on S8. Even though the side buttons are different on S23 than S8, it was super easy to get used to them quickly.
Highly recommend!

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know they want a glorious review of this phone but I find it lacking in many features. Have owned Samsung phones since the beginning until 2 years ago when I switched carriers and picked up a different brand same reason I know have a S23. Volume control one dimensional, screenshots are a hassle, app organization lacking, no head phone jack. My wife loves the camera, and battery life is good so far.

It's good to know your wife is enjoying the camera and battery! You can take screenshots a few ways including via palm swipe, even with Bixby voice. I've attached a link that walks you thru the steps below. There is no adapter, however your device is compatible with a USB-C Headphone Jack adapter, which lets you connect devices that use a standard 3.5 mm audio plug to your USB-C devices. Type-C Headphones also would work perfectly. I’ve attached links below for them, as well as Samsung Support. Feel free to reach out if you need additional assistance. Great phone

So many improvements of the same features I'm familiar with. Easy to operate. Battery life is awesome. My S8 plus is just the right size. So glad I upgraded.

Better battery!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I owned a S22. But it seemed that I needed to always charge it up before the day ended. The reviews that I read said that upping to a new model was not necessary as S22 was a solid phone - unless, of course, you had qualms about the battery.
The S23 does have a better battery. you need that extra battery power as the camera on the S22 and S23 are pretty much the same - high quality. But taking pictures and videos and sharing them takes a lot of juice. With all the added photographic features (slo mo, etc), I am experimenting more with shots. I am an experienced photographer but folks are still amazed when they find out the large framed photo hanging on my wall is a product of a smartphone and not some fancy 35mm SLR camera.
I stuck with the S23 because I wanted a large but slim phone that I could tuck away in my side holster pocket on my pants. The Gorilla glass screen and tough body constructs are great features.

Loved the phone upgrade!

Very Good Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product is used for phone, email, text and streaming audio. The sound quality is great with my ear plugs. Additionally, the battery life is longer; I estimate about 33% for the way I use the device.

Great phone overall!

I do watch YouTube on my phone and disney plus as well as constantly using Google for searching things up like weather and other random things. The battery is pretty good and I love that the screen is flat and not curved like the s10 was
