Great features, hard to upgrade to

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the Samsung S21, and when I had an upgrade come up on my phone plan that was use-or-lose, I traded up to the S23 for almost free. I use my S23 for personal use, social media, video/movie watching and some light gaming, and when I tried to transition everything from my old phone to my new one, I lost a lot of data (photos and phone numbers) and several apps got lost in the swap. That being said I love the capability of the android and especially Samsung phones. I can do more and customize my experience more than any other phone I have used. My wife has the iPhone 12 and I had an iPhone 11 issued from work for a while, and my friend had a Google phone of some sort a while back. These phones are just smoother and much better at doing what I need.

Sleek fast phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Haven't had a new phone in over 4 years so this latest model is 100 times better! Happily used Smart Switch to transfer, literally, everything, and it was the smoothest process I've ever when had starting a new device but with all the settings and apps I normally use preloaded onto it for me. Can't say anything bad.

I'm still learning all the features, but it is has so much for such a compact, lightweight phone. Love the camera and quality. It's easy to use. Offers so many new features. I am so pleased with this series.
