The Manic Pixie Dream Girl Of Phones

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to begin by saying that the performance of the s23 so far has exceeded my expectations following its predecessor. In every way it has surpassed the nightmare ridden mess the 22 brought me when I had it (so much so that I had temporarily given in and switched to the iPhone before returning for the S23.) I will say that by definition this phone works for what it's meant to do. Never had an issue either calls or messages so far. There hasn't been any hardware problems, the battery works as it should (fantastic compared to how I'd spend full days sometimes attempting to charge the 22 to even 10 percent.) But it does feel as every other Samsung has these days a bit bogged down by the amount of system apps and internal background processes that come loaded onto it. I also don't particularly like how the entire phone seems to get small technical quirks when there are Google branded apps that need updating - I'm not a fan either of how the addition of one different email account can throw the entire phone into chaos - there's been an issue where accounts will auto fill with the saved information of a different Gmail that will have been checked using my phone. More than once sync services have gone off or made it so notifications come thru oddly. But mainly it handles well and genuinely is a good phone, if not a little overwhelming, but that's what makes a manic pixie dream phone "different from all those other phones" and we love her for that reason. Great Camera Quality and Useful Apps

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My favorite feature is the camera quality. Pictures and videos are SO clear and crisp, I enjoy capturing special moments now. I was even thinking of purchasing a pricey camera to take Professional photos for my small business but I appreciate the quality so much, it suffices.
I'm starting to utilize the different apps that the phone comes with as well, like Samsung Health and SmartThings. I think people tend to neglect these apps but I've found them quite useful.
I've been with Samsung for several years and I've held unto each product for a while. I don't replace devices quite often because I've never needed to - their products have good longevity.

I enjoy my Samsung S23. I prefer a small screens 6" to 6.2". Unfortunately this limit my selection to Samsung, Apple, Asus, and Sony. These manufacturers offer smaller screen phones with high end specs. The S23 feels good in the hands and not noticable in the pocket. It is fast, no lag, decent battery life, and easy to carry around in the city.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great camera quality for digital content

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a content creator, I do most of my work on my phone and tech devices. It captures awesome photos that are often ready to go to be published online.
I also use it to record audio and video clips of large events, which I recently found highly useful on memorial day.
It's my go-to for digital work on social media, and streaming is smooth as battery and wifi-receptivity is spotless whether I am using the office wifi or home network. So no interruptions so far.

Decent Phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Has all the necessary features and great storage. Excellent camera, but not a super phone by any means - does the job that it must. Had an S8+ before and very similar in size + capability. Will probably upgrade to something more enhanced but this phone is more than adequate and never had any major issues.
