Best phone I've ever owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The standout feature of this phone is the durability. I have dropped this phone countless times on bare concrete. It has yet to recieve a crack. The back of the phone has been dropped and beaten against various sharp, serated and rough surfaces under accidental circumstances. Not a single crack or split to be found. This is the only phone I know of that I have not had to buy a case for. What I don't like, is that the Bixby system is not thorough in its translation of your voice, or following through with commands, and severely needs to be updated. Everything else is absolutely top notch and I have no other complaint. Very happy with this phone.

Not your parents vanilla

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What, at 1st glance, appeared to be just another vanilla smartphone has truly surprised me. When I 1st opened the box to meet my new S23, I didn't get the same butterflies as I had way back when I opened my new S8. I got a feeling of security, knowing it was going to be a quality device, but little else. Little did I know what was in store. The phone, which it's 2nd Gen Snapdragon 8 processor is lightning fast. Web pages open in a flash, the refresh rate makes it seem even faster, and the ease of operation made it feel like I was welcoming an old friend back home. But then, I began taking photos and WOW! there is not a better smartphone camera on the market; and with the editing software on it, I have taken some of the most truly breathtaking photos I have ever encountered. I continue to be amazed by them daily. In summary, the package is a bit familiar, tried and true, but what's inside will keep you amazed. Not a single disappointment with this phone which truly owns the title of Flagship

Does what I need it to, battery a bit lacking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Camera's great, every app runs flawlessly and storage is never an issue thanks to the seamless sync with OneDrive for photo and video backup.
Screen is top notch as expected as well. Speakers do the job and I appreciate the built in audio customization for adding sound profiles.
Note that I don't use the default UI. Instead I'm using Microsoft's launcher.
My only wish is that I never seem to be able to get all day battery life. Dunno if it's something to do with my usage, but I'm always recharging midday, and when the battery gets down to 10% or so, it'll drop super fast like it wasn't measuring remaining capacity accurately or the voltage suddenly becomes unstable. Never had that happen on my S20 or S8+. One star dinged for that.

It's small but as powerful as the bigger one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did choose this phone because I don't feel comfortable with a bigger one in my front pocket (I personally don't like belt phone holders) , I do construction for living so sometimes sweat is a big problem but since this phone is waterproof I don't have that issue any more. It's camera exceed my expectations despite being the smaller phone in its gamma. It's just perfect for what I need it for, can't be more happy with a phone.

Faster, sharper, better!

Now not every one was game changer but my upgrade to the s23 gave exactly what I needed. Faster charge, more space, sharper visuals for my games and apps and just better all around. Love it!
