Hardware excellent software not so much

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hardware is top notch but the software if horrible. Game on s24 ultra consistently crashes to no end. It is the same for all games on s24U. This is no way acceptable for a roll out of the flagship phone in the modern age. Please do better samsung

Better battery. Worse handling.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is definitely an upgrade from my s22. My s22 seemed to always need a recharge in the middle of the day. I really like the better battery, however it's a really big phone. It's hard to handle one handed, and I've tried several grips to make things better, but they very rarely work with wireless charging. I also never use the included s pen. I wish it would be retired and replaced with more battery or some form of grip. The AI features are a cool party trick. The photo search mode is pretty cool, but I do wish it could work live. Feels a little bit like a wasted step to have to take a picture and then search. Would be cool if there were a way to live search, just by opening your camera.
