I have bought my last two phones directly from manufacturer. It's so easy and zero hassle. And they give me half off makes it that much better. But the greatest part is I don't have to deal with the carrier of my service. All the companies promise the moon and it ends up being a scam. This will be the only way I'll buy phones from now on.

Stylus is garbage

I usually love Samsung phones and I've been a die hard Samsung Note user since they came out. The stylus is my lifeline BUT the stylus (spen) on this phone is severely lacking. It gets confused if you want to write on the screen or navigation or type using it.
I wish there was a way to shut off the screen write function. It's useless to me.
I would give this more stars if it wasn't for this awful stylus.
