Basic phone settings are still glitchy in 2024

The amount of glitches in this phone makes me wonder what year we are in. The biggest issue I have had and what has resulted in this review is simply the fact that the screen rotation is so glitchy. I try to watch YouTube videos but the phone refuses to rotate. I even checked the setting for anti-rotation and it was off.

Hey Leahbobia! Thank you for reaching out. We noticed that you shared your thoughts on the Galaxy S24 Ultra. The S24 Ultra is equipped with the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy. It features real-time graphics rendering with ray tracing, providing hyper-realistic shadows and reflections. When Auto Rotate is enabled on your Galaxy phone or tablet, the screen will automatically change orientation when you move between Portrait and Landscape modes. This is determined by the internal accelerometer that senses how the device is being held. If the screen doesn't rotate as expected, you can check the orientation icon in the Quick Settings panel, update your device’s software, and try restarting your device.
