[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm enjoying the s24 ultra everything's great but they're a few apps that constantly crash. I don't know how to fix it everything is updated. Ps dragonball legends and pokemon go crash often I'm sure they're are others

Near perfect device

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a non-android user most of my life, but circumstances granted me an opportunity to try the S24 Ultra. The look and feel is the first thing I noticed. I love the Titanium design and it’s lighter than I expected it to be, while not sacrificing on durability (I’ve dropped it a couple of times already and have had no screen breaks or anything). Next I wanted to see the cameras as a comparison to my previous devices. They are a definite improvement over what I was using prior, however there seems to be a noticeable difference in quality as soon as you get to the 10x zoom. This was my first tick mark against the Ultra, however this is something that could be fixed in a future update to the camera algorithm's. Next I wanted to sample the AI features, so I took some of the photos I took and used the Generative Edit. Most of time, the AI software did a great job on the photos, however there were some instances where I just wondered “how did it come up with that?” Again, this is something that can be fine tuned with future updates (this is new tech being introduced so I don’t expect perfection on the first iteration). I was lucky to meet a basketball player and got a picture with him and I looked at later and saw it was photo bombed. I used the Generative Edit and now you can’t even tell the photo bomber was there. Like most android phones, customizing my phone was quite simple and there are many choices. The battery life is great and eagerly await what’s next.

Amazing device with great drawing capabilities!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my S24 Ultra with my Galaxy Tab S7 and my Galaxy Book Pro 360, along with my Galaxy Watch 3 and Galaxy Buds Pro 2. Everything interacts with each other flawlessly!! For example, I'll draw someone hinge on my tablet and quickly transfer to my phone and laptop. The S-Pen also works flawlessly across all devices and I use each devices S-Pen with all Capable devices at least twice a day! Don't even get me started on the cameras... as always with Samsung, they are amazing! From wide angle to 100x zoom, they do it all and capture everything I need! I currently use two S24 Ultras, one for work and one for home. This allows me to easily transfer stuff from one device to another. All in all, thise device is amazing, down to every feature and every piece of hardware!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My decision to go with the Ultra has a lot to do with the Camera features. I have kids in sports, and the Zoom is excellent. It allows me to zoom in and not take a blurry photo. The option to choose between the different megapixels is awesome as well.
The sound is great, the bigger screen allows me to watch movies/ Youtube very clear.
One of the best things this phone provides is the AI features, its really cool and act in real time which allows you to have more opportunities for success !
