This phone is a powerhouse

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone is a marvel. The display is beautiful (and big) and perfect for gaming and watching videos. The camera is super crisp. And as a new user of the ultra series I was a little skeptical of the S pen at first but I've found a lot of use for it already, especially in marking up and editing photos. The AI features are exciting and I've enjoyed using some of the circle to search functionality. I'm learning something new about the phone every day and everything so far is super intuitive.

Amazing phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the new flat screen. It's the reason I upgraded. Colors are vibrant and the anti glare coating is superb. Samsung definitely has the best oled displays. Only thing I wish was the phone to be lighter in weight given is using titanium. New AI features are nice but we'll see how useful they'll actually be in time

If your phone or tablet's touchscreen is frozen or does not respond to touch, it doesn't necessarily mean something is wrong with your device. It could be something as simple as a faulty app. When you have a free moment available, take a look at "Galaxy phone or tablet's screen is frozen or responds too slowly" to conduct a few troubleshooting steps to help resolve what you may be experiencing with your Galaxy S24 Ultra. For your convenience, I have linked some resources to help you become better acquainted with your new features and settings of your device. Without having more information regarding the location of where you have originally saved your PDF files on your device and without being able to ask you any follow up questions, I recommend reaching out to Samsung Support for further assistance and/or help with troubleshooting. Random Restarts

Phone is great, but will randomly restart and not fully boot up until you unlock the phone, meaning your morning alarm wont go off until you wake up late for work. No rhyme or reason for the restart and does it 1-3 times per week. Its a recurring theme on reddit

Samsung provides a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects that covers the cost of parts and labor. Random or constant reboots can sometimes be caused by third-party apps on your phone or tablet. Follow these steps to troubleshoot this: perform a software update, factory reset, or turn on Safe mode to identify if an app is causing the problem.
