[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this phone to help with creating YouTube content. It has worked great for that. My only issue is an app that I use almost daily constantly crashes. It is an app from the Samsung app store. It is an app with over 1 billion downloads worldwide so not some obscure app.

This S24 Ultra is a killer phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am most pleased by the quality of the S24 Ultra. All around this is better than my S22 Ultra. If I just took this product for it's superb camera it would be enough. I have been able to shoot a satellite take off from my home 50+ miles away from Cape Kennedy and see the individual exhaust ports on the craft two miles up in the air.
I await some of the AI additions that will come with upgrades.
I am very pleased that i decided to replace my old phone with this S24 Ultra.
Samsung, keep up the good work on your technology in phones.
I am a happy customer.

This phone has so many features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm still learning to use all of the features of this phone because there are so many. The video and camera quality of pictures is amazing! There are features in the camera like being able to Circle a detail and getting more information on that circled item that I'm just starting to use. This is the best, most advanced phone that I've ever owned and I am enjoying my experience of learning each of the features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was constantly going from one app to another when I had to look up a name or definition that I didn't know. Circle to search cured that! I use it every day. And, since I have a big family and love to take photos of them, I can edit these photos so easy now. Whether it's getting rid of photo bombs or just enhancing the photo itself, I can do it with ease. Now, on the next software update, have it do my taxes and walk the dog? Just thought I'd ask.

I feel that thos product is the same as my S21

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The camera features I thought would be better but quality is the same. I wish I stayed with the S21 and saves for the s25. However I love Android and it's ease of use. The pen is a great feature and makes browsing and clicking objects more easily.
It seems to have better reception and call quality also

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish the pen was heavier made of metal externally and wasn't effected by magsafe accessories. Some apps don't act like they do on my old phone. If I touch a Robinhood app notification wrong it erases all the app instead of just bringing up Robinhood. I can't figure out how to have square corners for Picture-in-picture instead of round. One reason I picked the Samsung 24 Ultra is because it has squared off corners, the pen, all the hardware software upgrades and AI. Most of my complaints can be fixed with a patch, but it's still annoying to see things different from my old phone.
