Everything is great except for the screen contrast

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great phone. Love the flat screen and the antiglare. The titanium frame is great. Looks and feels premium. What happened to the screen contrast?
The processing speed is great. Love the AI features but needs to keep improving. Photos are getting better, I think it needs some changes on the proto processing.

Looks great and has potential, but photos are lack

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had and loved the S21 Ultra, and believed this would be a huge jump. Maybe it's just my phone, but I've been disappointed. I saved up for the ultra because I do a lot with photo and video. Sadly, I've found the quality equal to or below my old phone, and often the latter. Moon-shot photos have been unusably poor. Normal photos are digitized and often not sharp. Videos are the same. Highlights are blown out. Color is off. Ultimately, it has felt like a downgrade.
The phone has potential, but these issues have led me to regret the extra cost.

Samsung Care+ has you covered. Talk about the ultimate peace of mind! Just in case you were not aware, you are able to disable or only allow on-device processing for the AI features. There is also a "master switch" to disable all cloud-based processing for the Galaxy AI features. Settings->Advanced Features->Galaxy AI. The Galaxy S24 Ultra uses AI throughout many apps. Samsung S24: Phone Heaven

The combination of the quick processing at which it operates, switching between apps, and the video and camera quality is a fantastic leap from my old model. Great job, Samsung! Speaker location is absurd, making my palm cover it when using it landscape like playing games. I am not sure if developers are considering ideas but that made me returned it. Cameras taking too much attention that developers are ignoring the little things. I would have kept it but because of the odd speaker location I returned it after 1 day.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The S24U has awesome features and an epic camera!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hello! I recently got to try out the new Galaxy S24 Ultra from somebody I know, and I have to say, it's perfect. It's even better than my phone, the S23U. You might be wondering why I would upgrade to a phone that seems similar, but there are some big differences. For one, the new titanium material is much more durable than what I had before, aluminum, which used to chip easily. Additionally, the flat screen is a huge improvement over the curved screen I had before, which was prone to scratches and expensive to protect with screen protectors.
But that's not all.
the new GalaxyAI features are amazing. I was impressed with the live call translation, which worked flawlessly when I tested it out with my uncle who spoke Japanese. The circle-to-search feature is also incredibly useful - I was able to find an art piece I saw in an app just by using the circle-to-search feature. Also, I often email people and sometimes the tone seems aggressive, but with the tone correction, I was able to fix that lol. I'm running out of space so....

...Moving on to the camera, the Samsung S24 Ultra's new 5x optical zoom is an improvement over the previous 10x zoom, it has even better quality photos. The director's mode is also a great feature, it allows you to use two lenses at once which is perfect for videographers like me.
Overall, I think the S24 Ultra is a must-have for anyone looking for the best phone in 2024. It has all the latest features that I wish I could try it out again!
