A great glass bottle choice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this bottle set. The Philips Avent Glass Natural Baby Bottle has a sharp look and feels sturdy in your hand. The glass feels robust and high quality. I actually accidently dropped it once and it did not break, despite it being glass (not looking to try that again, though!). The bottle washes easily and fits in my steam sterilizer. Due to it being glass it came out very hot , though, when finished and took a bit to cool off. As long as you have a baby that does not yet toss their bottles, this is an excellent choice.

High quality glass bottle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My baby and I love the Philips Avent Glass Natural Baby Bottle, 8oz I received as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. The feel and weight of the bottle are sturdy. I prefer the glass bottle to a plastic bottle because of the look, feel, and durability of the bottle. The glass has a slight yellow tint, which I did not prefer. The bottle held up well during heating and sterilization. The bottle includes US and UK fl oz which adds lines and you have to look closely when filling the bottle with water for formula to make sure you use the correct line. I would have preferred not to include both on the bottle. The bottle does create bubbles when my baby drinks, but it does not impact my child. Overall I am pleased with this bottle but I would change the yellow tint and fl oz lines.

Loving this glass bottle and nipple set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a one month old who I breast-feed and we just started introducing bottles these past two weeks and this bottle was highly recommended so I was super excited when the stellar product testing panel reached out about testing these bottles and nipples because I’ve heard such great things about them. And I will definitely say that they live up to the hype because my breast fed baby took onto them very easily like it was natural and I think that has to do with how similar the nipple shape of this bottle is your anatomy. They don’t leak which is really lovely coming a lot and has a lot of parts to wash the speed and rate of the milk flows from the nipple is perfect for our little one. We have not experienced any issues with gas or colic and all of my babies were colic so I do believe that these are beneficial in that regard as well overall this is such a great glass bottle option for all babies breast-feeding or formula feeding whatever it is it doesn’t matter. This bottle is perfect for it And these nipples are such a great shape. It makes for such a strong deep latch, but it’s a great healthy way for your baby to eat.

Durable Beautiful Glass Bottle
on July 1, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very happy with this bottle. It's very attractive with its glass in a classic bottle shape. Obviously glass brings with it the risk of breaking or even shattering, but this bottle is so thick and solid that it can take whatever baby throws at it. And glass has such wonderful properties when it comes to hygiene. I'm glad to get to enjoy those benefits.
We heated the bottle using the stovetop method, and it worked very well. The bottle shows no signs of wear, and the numbering on the side is definitely there to stay.
I really like the width of the mouth. It's easy to pour into.
The shape of the nipple and bottle top works great for my baby. He's developed an unfortunate habit of chewing bottle nipples, causing messes. However, the flow rate on this bottle is just right for him, so he's less inclined to chew out of frustration. Even when he does, it somehow doesn't spill. I think this nipple is less likely to let the milk out without sucking than some others.
I hate messes. I love beauty. And I love good hygiene. So, I've found the perfect bottle to keep me and my baby happy. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for the chance to try this out!

It is a game changer
on July 1, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Disclaimer- I am not getting payed to do this review, on the other hand I did got the product through the stellar product testing panel and the company shipped the product, so I didn't payed anything nor I'm getting payed.
Oh my god, where to start? My family and I loved this product. I've seen videos on social media about the glass bottles and at first I was kind of iffy about it since they are glass.
However, the times either my husband, mother in law and me used it with my little one, it was a game changer. For my husband was the fact that its a tall bottle and it's way easier to see how much milk it was left inside not forgetting the fact that glass is way cleaner and better than plastic; from my mother in law she loved that its easier to mix the formula (my baby gets breastfeed and formula) and because of the shape of the bottle and nipple its way easier to wash. From my experience, I loved that the neck of the bottle fit perfectly on my pump, so when I pumped my milk out I didn't have to switch containers or get more things dirty.
I just love it so freaking much.

Great bottle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. We had used the plastic version of this bottle for our first child and have enjoyed trying the glass version with our second baby. The bottle feels nice to hold, warmed evenly, and the glass feels nicer than other plastic brands we have used. My 5-month-old baby who primarily nurses was able to drink efficiently from the bottle with minimal dripping or leakage--the level 3 nipple seems to be the right flow for him at this stage and age. My only concern about the bottle is the risk of glass breaking given that we have an active 4-year-old and dog in the house too--so I'm much more conscious of where I set the bottle in the middle of a feed to avoid anything getting knocked over. Otherwise, it's a great bottle and I intend to use this (as well as the plastic Philips Avent ones we already have) moving forward!

Maybe we tried it too late

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel, my babyboy and I were able to try out the Philips Avent Glass Natural Baby Bottle, 8oz size. Never having used a glass bottle before I was unsure of what to expect yet excited to try it.
I experienced no issues in sterilizing the bottle and nipples. Each piece easily disassembled and was super simple to piece back together. The glass "body" of the bottle is nicely made and very thick yet not very heavy. My son being 11 months at test time, wouldn't get much from the included nipple, so it was replaced started at the fast flow rate.
The design of the nipple was that similar to the breast. Being my son is breastfed, we also supplement with pumped milk and formula. There was no hesitation this would be a good product to try. He is also familiar with taking bottles so this wasn't his first introduction. The first go, which was a formula bottle, resulted in lots of biting off the nipple and eventually drinking half the bottle offered. The next was giving him thawed pumped breastmilk. I'm not sure if the was high lipase or the actual bottle but he just wasn't going or interested in it at all. I will note we were also out and about and not at home. So they change of scenery, along with a strange new bottle could've effected.
I've offered the bottle a few more times and it's give it take. He won't drink a full bottle so I'll only give up to 4 ounces at a time. Being that he is almost a year old, trying to introduce a new bottle before beginning to transition to sippy cups may not have been the best decision on my part.
The Philips Avent Glass Natural Baby Bottle is a great and sturdy bottle. It stayed intact after being dropped from the high chair to banged on his walker. It leaked very little and packed away nicely in the diaper bag. My baby boy just didn't think it was that great.

Good but heavy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product as a part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.
I have been a little nervous to try out glass bottles with the fear of them breaking easily. When I opened the package the first thing I noticed is how durable and strong the glass is on the bottle. While I did not drop it, it seems like it would withstand some falls.
I liked the shape and style of the bottle as well. For being an 8oz glass bottle it did not look or feel like it was that big. It fit in my hand nicely and it was easy to pace the milk flow for my baby.
The one downfall is that my baby does like to hold the bottle himself when he eats but the glass made it a little too heavy for him to hold up. He tried a couple times and then just let me hold it for him.
The flow was also a little too fast for him. He is mostly breastfed but takes bottles fairly frequently. The medium flow nipple was too fast for him so he took in a little too much a couple times. I was able to pace him though so that helps, will just need to get slower flow nipples for an easy fix.
Overall I did really like this bottle, the weight of the bottle is not a deal breaker for this!!
