Big on quality but too big on size and weight

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I received the 8oz Philips Avent Glass Natural Baby Bottle With Natural Response Nipple, my wife and I were excited. We’re all about trying to get our son the best products possible, which means thinking about him and also ourselves! We’re yuppies with a baby in a pandemic, so we try a lot of things on our own as it is, but we’ve been thrilled by the innovative and/or time-saving items we’ve received through the Stellar Product Testing Panel.
So, when Stellar sent us this glass bottle, we couldn’t wait to try it, because we’ve been growing increasingly concerned about plastics and their effects on babies. We’re trying to buy natural items whenever possible, even trying to avoid non natural textiles.
My first impression was to be impressed by the substantial heft of the bottle. I felt like it could withstand impacts and was high quality. I was a bit apprehensive about the weight, but I easily took apart the substantive pieces and cleaned it. When I went to feed my son with some freshly pumped breast milk, my hand cramped up from the heft and size. It was so heavy and large, he didn’t even try to help hold the bottle like he normally likes to do. One time, I kind of bopped him in the face with the bottle while adjusting my hand because it’s so heavy. I have caught myself leaning my hand and bottle on his face for my comfort, until I realized how uncomfortable it must be for him.
We now keep this bottle in the rotation because at 8oz it is one of our big bottles, and the sturdy and easily cleanable nature of it makes it a great storage option for us since we are a pumping family. However we’re sticking with several other brands of bottles for actual daily use.

Phillips Avent Glass Natural Baby Bottle

Although it is a beautifully crafted,sleek, and high quality bottle, my baby did not take ang liquids using it. Ill have to add that she is quite a picky baby when it comes to bottles, but this is one she absolutely wouldnt take. I woukd totally reccomend this to parents whos babys are more bottle-freindly.

Philips Avent Glass Bottle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first time ever using a glass bottle for my baby and I really liked this product. I received the product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. We tried the 8oz Philips Avent Glass Natural Baby Bottle With Natural Response Nipple. This bottle worked great with my daughter! She was able to hold and grip the glass bottle without any issues. The glass is also durable enough that my daughter accidently dropped it, and it did not break or crack. I really like the design of the wide neck bottle with the wide shape nipple. It allowed her to easily drink, swallow and breath during her feeding. This bottle was also great with having no leaks even when my daughter held it upside down. This bottle was the easiest bottle I've ever had to clean. I tried it by handwashing and also placing in top rack of dishwasher and it cleaned up so well in either situation. Even after using the bottle in the dishwasher, a few times, there were no leaks with 8oz Philips Avent Glass Natural Baby Bottle. The quality of this bottle is so much better than other bottles that I have used in the past. I will be buying more of the 8oz Philips Avent Glass Natural Baby Bottle With Natural Response Nipple in the near future!

Love the Phillips Avent glass bottle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using the plastic Phillips Avent bottles for some time now and my babies ( I have triplets) all take to them. We were sent the Phillips Avent glass bottles from Stellar Product Testing Panel to review. I love using these bottles at home! They are very convenient to reheat breast milk in because they stay in the water so well. I also love the peace of mind that I get reheating in glass vs plastic. My only complaint is that my babies are at the stage where they want to hold their own bottles and I find myself reaching for the plastic ones because of the weight of the glass bottles. I was not sent a silicone sleeve so I cannot review it. The quality of a glass bottle is unmatched. Overall would recommend. By far our favorite brand of bottles!

Good nipple but heavy bottle

I really like the nipple on this bottle and would probably use it again on a non-glass bottle. The nipple feels nice and natural and is the perfect shape. My only issue was with the glass bottle - I found it quite heavy and had a hard time holding it to feed my DS during long feedings.

I’m currently still pumping, and breast milk is liquid gold.I’m proud to put my breast milk in this glass bottle knowing that it not going to dripping out. Plus my son Really LOVE this bottle.

Gorgeous bottle that baby love

I didn't expect these bottles to blow me away like they did, I feel like I'm holding fine china! I've read up on glass bottles and realized they wash up better then plastic bottles. I can definitely tell they do! it's only 4 pieces to clean, bottles, nipple, screw lid, and lid. They aren't as heavy as I thought they would be though I still feel the need to be carful with them as glass is more delicate then plastic.
Initially my child was confused about our big bottle upgrade. But as soon as she felt the nipple, she took to it quickly. She's always taken to the wide nipples easily, as its mimics the natural well. I could see her visibly take breaks between drinks. I loved not needing to lift the bottle as much. I like the design, as it vents air to decrease them taking in air. Less gass! We don't keep too many bottles as we do both breast and bottle. But if I didn't I would defiantly buy more bottles. They are a very accepted addition to our feeding journey! Great for breast feeding mama's to try out.

Perfect no spill anti colic bottle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My little man and I highly recommend these premium quality natural bottles! I typically avoided glass out of fear that it would break, however, it has proven to be highly durable and safe. The two features that sold me on this bottle are the no-drip tip (THANK YOU NO SPILLS) and the anti-colic valve, which has significantly helped my little who struggles with reflux. I've noticed less gas and spit-ups so will certainly be switching out all of my bottles for these!
