Please Bring Back the Old Nipples

We have always been fans of Avent bottles for our babies. The wide necks make cleaning a breeze. This was our first experience with glass and we love it! So much simpler to clean and feel like it’s truly clean. The silicone sleeves. Make me much more comfortable using something breakable. My only complaint is that the new nipples are just so much more frustrating for my daughter than the old ones. It doesn’t seem to matter which flow we use.

Naturally easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Avent Glass Natural Bottle is a great choice for parents looking for a non plastic alternative. My babe transitioned easily to this bottle from other similar and different bottles. The nipple is similar to other Avent nipples which means it was easy for my babe to control the flow of the milk and was comfortable for baby. The glass was solid enough to feel like it was of good quality. I was worried it might be too heavy for baby but he managed. I was a little disappointed that it doesn’t come with a silicone cover to help from breaking if dropped. My almost one year old is in the habit of dropping or throwing his bottle which we are working on, but because we didn’t have a silicone cover to go with it we only used it when in his crib or if we where holding him to prevent possible breaking. Thank you Stellar Testing Panel for giving us the opportunity to test this product.

High Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very high quality bottle, especially the nipple. My baby latches to it right away. Comes apart easily to clean. The only reason I didn’t give it 5* is it is very very heavy, it’s not a bottle my baby could hold on it’s own for quite some time. However feeding a younger baby, it’s absolutely okay! Nice Bottle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After receiving the 8 oz Phillips avent glass bottle from Stellar testing panel to try in exchange for my opinion I must say I am impressed. Wasn’t sure I would like a glass bottle because of weight, but this bottle is great. Not heavy at all, and cleans so much better then plastic bottles.
My little one really likes the nipple, it was very easy for her to change from her previous one and seems to help her eat at a better rate. It is made of a high quality material and has held up well even after several washings.
I totally recommend you give it a try.

Awesome bottle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this baby bottle. I have tried many bottles, this is my 4th baby and she took to the Philips Avent bottle quickly and easily. She even took the bottle from me (I only breastfeed her). The bottle is easy for my baby to hold too (she’s 7 months old), which is always helpful for babies that like to be more independent. I liked that the bottle is simple and has the anti-colic capability without extra pieces. The bottle is easy to clean and the glass bottle doesn’t feel too heavy or easy to break. I’m impressed overall of this bottle and how it adapts to my baby’s sucking patterns, instead of being overwhelmed or not having the nipple flow fast enough, this nipple adapted to her which is great! The negative is when warming up the bottle the glass does feel like it stays warmer longer, which is good in the sense of the liquid stays warm, but bad in the sense that it’s warm to hold and may be too warm for the baby to hold even though the liquid inside is a good temp to drink. Unfortunately the silicone cover wasn’t in my package to try too, so this may solve the problem!

The Natural Response Nipple is a Game Changer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started using the natural response nipple while still nursing and immediately noticed a difference from other nipples. My 5 mo old seemed much less frustrated and was able to drink from his bottle in longer increments. When you squeeze the tip you can see the holes at the top open up, which is ingenious - that way if he is sucking harder he gets more flow. This is especially helpful when he’s super hungry. Compared to other nipples, he swallows less air and therefore spits up less, which has been a huge change! I was expecting that the bottle would either be too heavy or too fragile and found neither was the case. I accidentally dropped it on the counter and luckily it didn’t break. I received this product as part of the stellar product testing panel and ended up buying 6 more, these have been a game changer!

-If you’re formula feeding, there’s plenty of room to add the formula on top of the water.
-If you’re pumping, it has a wide mouth which is easy to pour the milk bag into.
-It’s only 3 pieces to wash.
-It’s glass and no plastic touches the milk.
-It’s light enough that my baby could hold it, but didn’t break when it fell on the ground.

Great Bottle Option

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn’t sure how I felt about glass bottles but after receiving the Philips Avent Glass Natural Baby Bottle from Stellar Product Testing Panel, I would considering switching. The bottle was easy to use and Sadie transitioned to the nipple really well. Having been a breastfeed baby, she prefers a wider nipple and this natural fit is perfect. She didn’t even question when we went from her old bottle to this one. My only concern would be dropping the bottle on a hard surface. The bottle does seem to be made of good quality glass though.
