This is a full size mouse, easily fills my hand, and my hands are slightly larger than average. This would work okay with a claw grip, but I'd suggest laying your entire hand across it, as some of the buttons and switches would be at awkward positions otherwise.
I have used so very many mice across the years. I purchase my own keyboards and mice for work even. As for personal use, mostly gaming, this mouse has made me very happy. I am using the Asus Armory Crate software for controlling every aspect of this mouse, and it works GREAT. The number of features and controls are numerous enough that I'm having to play with them just a few at a time. That may seem daunting, but it is a matter of time and practice. The preloaded profile for the Chakram X works exactly the way you would think. But you can completely re-assign every last button on this device. The little joystick can also be changed to behave like four buttons instead of a joystick.
I am also controlling the lighting through Armory Crate, the lighting is functional for what it is. It isn't mind blowing or anything, but it leaves nothing out. All the options are there.

I am a Razer fan, but with the purchase of my Asus ROG Ally X, i wanted to stick with Asus products. I have NOT been disappointed with this Mouse, it has great build quality, and feels nice in my large hands.
My biggest complaint is that I bought this to use connected to my Asus ROG Ally X via Bluetooth. And while it does that, it doesn't do it well, and by that i mean many of the features of the mouse like the left side joystick do NOT work when connected via Bluetooth.

Perfect mouse for me. Love the joystick customizable option and the replacable switches. Unlike a lot of ROG items I have this one just always works with all the software i use, olus battery life has been solid. I got it in sale for under 100. If yoh see it at that price definitely buy it. Id say its even worth the msrp but any sale price this thing becomes amazing value.

Amazing performance and feel. The only negative I find on it is a missed opportunity. With the removeable back, they could have easily made different size plates for more customization options. Overall, this mouse is responsive, and feel natural in the hand.
