Website specs do not tell the truth

The website is misleading. It states that this model has “auracast” and “partyboost” under the specifications. I first thought that maybe the partyboost must be done on the app, but it is not doable at all. JBL is really upsetting a lot of loyal customers by making each new speaker not compatible with a model from last year. Sound is great and battery life is great. Only reason I am giving any stars.

Thanks for your feedback. Our team is currently working on updating the specifications for our JBL Charge 6.
I couldn’t be happier with my JBL Charge 6! The sound quality is just as powerful and crisp as you’d expect from JBL — deep bass, clear highs, and excellent volume for both indoor and outdoor use. But what really sets this one apart is the personalization feature. I customized the design through the JBL Store, and it came out even better than I imagined — vibrant, clean, and totally unique to me. It feels like more than just a speaker; it’s a statement piece.
Battery life is outstanding, and the waterproof build gives me peace of mind when using it by the pool or on beach trips. The Bluetooth connection is solid and pairs instantly every time.
Highly recommend if you want premium sound and something that reflects your personal style!
The most disappointing thing is that the AUX input has been removed, so you can't connect it to DJ controller through audio cable, and if you connect it through laptop usb you would get an input lag

Thanks for your feedback. Our JBL Charge series, including the JBL Charge 6, does not feature an auxiliary input. However, the JBL Charge 6 offers our latest "Lossless Audio Playback" feature, which allows you to connect it to your phone or PC using a Type-C cable. If you're looking for a speaker with an auxiliary port, the next versions to look out for are the JBL Xtreme 3 and JBL Boombox 3.
I've had the Charge 3 for about 7 years, but recently started experiencing some issues with its battery life so I decided to upgrade. This one shipped fast and even came charged! I've been using it for about two weeks now and I absolutely love it. The sound quality is great and the wide volume range covers my needs for different occasions. I am a big fan of the carrying strap as well. The only thing that's kind of annoying is how easily it connects to other devices. It has jumped to my sister's phone and my friend's phone while I was playing music through it. This only happens if they had connected to it in the past, but it will continue to switch away from my phone every few minutes until they turn their bluetooth off.
