The reason I gave 4 starts instead of 5 because JBL made it so hard to return it, but the speaker is pretty impressive I have to admit. It’s small but loud enough for a small group gathering. I would highly recommend to my friends

Nothing wrong the my speaker at all. I LOVE IT! Although my opinion is, you should be able to sync all JBL speakers together, no exceptions.

Bought this while on sale and to my surprise personalization and shipping was free also so we pulled the trigger early for Christmas. My personalization came out exactly as I expected. Ive only gotten to use the speaker a couple times at work but everyone owns JBL in our aviation hangar so I knew what I was getting

Thank you for your feedback. In efforts to reduce the environmental impact of our electronic equipment, we decided to remove the power adapter and cable in our newest models as most consumers already own compatible chargers they can use with our portable speakers.
