Excellent Quality as Usual

My wife and I have used JBL speakers in our house for quite a while. Her ten year old Flip model finally kicked the bucket and it was time for a new one. This new Charge did not disappoint. Very happy with the purchase and sound quality. It should hopefully last us just as many years, if not more.

Bad no cords

No charger cord way to plug in included. Nada. You have to go hunt around house

Thank you for your feedback. In an effort to reduce the environmental impact of our electronic equipment, we decided to remove the charging cable in some of our products. Feel free to use any charging cable and power adapter with a power rating of at least 5 volts and 3 amps that you have at home.

I ordered a custom speaker with my son's pic on it & it turned out PERFECT!!! &&& it came in sooner than expected (@ the peak of Holiday season)! The sound & quality is Amazing, it is much louder than I expected it to be. Needless to say my 13 y/o son is Quite Happy. We HIGHLY recommend JBL!

Sunset Speaker

I personalized my JBL Charge 6 with a photo I took of a Whidbey Island sunset overlooking the mountains. The speaker is stunning. The beautiful reds and oranges of the sunset and the violet sky line up on the speaker so well. It is a beautiful speaker, I am really happy with how it came out.

Box doesn’t include charging cable but price does

Doesn’t include a charger—so the price should reflect that. Pretend that it’s better for the environment all you want, but your cost is still for a premium product, so it should either include a charging cord or be decreased.

Amazing sound from this speaker. The quality for the price is incredible and awesome that you can also use it as a power bank and the charge lasts so long! Bonus that you can customize the colors for no extra charge on the website!

Paint and scratch detachment

I customized my JBL to orange and it is already showing scratches and paint detachment. Very poor quality I feel very disappointed.

Great Sound Great Present

I bought this for my husband for Christmas. He's always out working on his truck and is using Alexa and finally I said he needs something woth more encouragement to work on his truck he's rebuilding. He looked at your brand and had commented on it. So when it came time for Christmas it was an unexpected gift. Short box huge sound which filled our home and could be heard in the front and backyard. The design was perfect t and my husband liked the design I put on it the customization makes it easy to know it's his. Thank you for making my husband's Christmas
