Great on ear security without the fatigue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These ear buds are quite a unique product and for what they do, it is hard to find anything better. First and foremost, nearly all the earbuds on the market are shoved in your ear whether it be in the ear canal or in the ear cavity in some capacity. These are not those products.
These simply sit very secure on your ear, not in. Harkening back to the old days of headphones. Remember those things? I kid. I have a few sets of ear buds that I could honestly say sound better than these. Having the in ear isolation and a decent driver, it is very hard to compete with. But you know what all of those ear buds have in common after wearing them for about an hour. Ear fatigue. If you plan on making a lot of phone calls or sitting in conference calls for hours, these ear buds are simply the best, and while they may not quite sound as good as the ones that sit in the ear canal, they do hold their own in the sound department.
They sit very comfortably over the ear and I never have to worry about them falling off. There's an included headband for even more security. I mentioned that if you do have to use them for long periods of time, the battery most definitely can last for the long haul and if you some how exceed the battery life, they charge extremely quickly.
Lastly, one other advantage of the buds is that you can hear the world! All of these expensive technologies to let you hear what is going on around you is not necessary here. I can be on a call and still am able to function with the world around me and not fiddle with the controls to get the noise cancelling turned off and ambient aware on. With having to do that it's easier to just remove the buds. These don't have that issue at all.
If you have the need to use great sounding ear buds or long periods of time. I highly recommend these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a very rare day when I try a new product and get blown away right out of the box! Let me explain why. Being an active part time muscian for over 40 years and being an audio nut when introduce to same back in the 60's, I am a audio snob. If it dosen't rock my socks and provide the clarity to make my ears dance I quickly move on. My ultimate test was playing all sorts of music from head banging, big band, and everything in between. What I got was an experience that was surprising and satisfying on all levels. Highs, mids and bass were expertly engineer to provide a very pleasing balance. Plus the comfort was terrific after two plus hours I forgot that they were on my head. JBL B.T. connection has proven to be fast and reliable and these are no exception. Phone calls were clear on both sides. They do leak sound, but not something I care about unless I am in public venue. JBL hit this one at of the ball park. Sound quality, easy p z connection, and ultimate portability, sign me up!

A really good alternative to sealing earbuds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The idea behind these is great - because they don't go directly into the ear canal I can wear them comfortably for longer periods of time and JBL did a really good design on the way they can move and snap in place to fit you personally. But at the same time I think this also causes some loss in the sound quality compared to other sealing headphones that I have from JBL. They also have a little less battery life per charge than some of my others. If you are looking for open ear design I would still recommend these but just know going in they might not be equal to other JBL headphones you may own.

Impressive sound quality and a comfortable fit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a cool product. I was unsure based on the shape of the device, but the case is clean and looks really sleek - but most importantly, the fit over the ear was intuitive, easy to attach, and light weight enough to be comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. The audio pass through to hear the environment around me has been an absolute game changer for keeping my awareness up during my WFH days with music blasting.
The sound quality is on par with JBL products, i noticed there is some extra richness in the bass / low ranges which is hard to come by for equipment this size.
The touch controls on ear work exceptionally with responsiveness that makes switching between music / phone calls easy.
