...but it did come in a timely manner and packaged well for this type of product. It certainly looks great and expectations are that it will be a fine product. I'm trusting the reputation of HP to stand by their products!

the drive work on old laptop but not on my new HP desktop keep getting software drive install error so it don't work ...
