At this point, I am not pleased or impressed. Why? The drive appears to be operating properly. What I am not happy with is the maximum volume/sound level. Over the years, every HP desktop I have owned over the years, always had the DVDRW built into the PC had so much volume, that I could barely have the sound system above half. Unfortunately, I can turn the volume up to maximum and the music can barely be heard. Oh Well!

...but it did come in a timely manner and packaged well for this type of product. It certainly looks great and expectations are that it will be a fine product. I'm trusting the reputation of HP to stand by their products!

Not being a Techie. This unit is not user friendly. Can't get to work with my Win 11 HP Desktop or figure out where to go for help. I give up! No Quick Start Instruction sheet with this product.
