Previous reviewer noted how this thing types the same characters in sequence. Extremely unreliable typing experience and it's impossible to find support anywhere on this site. Same for warranty. How can I get some help?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Keyboard inserts repeated keystrokes. Stops working intermittently. Top corner light starts blinking and the keyboard stops working completely within a month.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to use the Microsoft sculpt ergonomic split keyboard but it stopped working for me. This one is a nice replacement. I like the cork a lot (doesn't get hot and sticky) but it's a little bulkier than the microsoft. The typing also seems to be a little off if I'm too far away from the USB.
