Got this to upgrade an 8 year old router. I have not been disappointed. The Nighthawk apps is great, easy to use and I like that I can see what devices are connected, can monitor traffic and connect remotely to the router options is awesome.
Connectivity is strong and it does not drop devices. Coverage is fantastic. It covers my whole house and where my old router would drop a connection this one stays at full bars. This price for performance is excellent. Is a future proof router with the 2 gigabit internet capability. If your looking for a router that isn't difficult to setup, has great features and future proof you can't go wrong with this one. Glad I made the switch and so is my wife.

Finally a router that works

Stronger, more reliable connection

Switching to a new modem and router, the nighthawk has taken my connection to new heights. No more connection errors in games, and no video streaming issues. In one month, I've had one issue, and I'm certain it was my ISPs fault. This is coming from dropping 1-3 times per hour of gaming.

I always had spotty WiFi service in the farthest point of my house, once I purchased the Nighthawk X6S AC3600 it was life changing. I don't know why I waited so long to purchase one.

When I had fiber installed I was only getting a few mbps when installing the nighthawk I was getting internet at it's full potential. Thanks guys!

I love this modem, the speeds I am getting through the house are great! So far, I have not had a single issue and I have no complaints. I love that I can control everything from my phone and set the parental controls for the kids as well.
