Horrible wifi range

I have a 2 story house with 400mbps plan from Spectrum. On 1st floor sitting next to router I get 250mbps. However on 2nd floor I get just 35-40mbps.
This router doesn't have the good wifi range as advertised.
I would not recommend this for a 2 story house.

Amazing coverage

Love the two 5ghz channels and one 2.4, I spread out what devices are connected to what. Used to barely get signals in bedroom and since I got a new smart TV, this was a must to reach my room. Now Netflix and stuff runs on it no problem.
