Update fails

Stuck on an older firmware and update keeps failing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Was good until it would no longer update

This router was pretty good until it would no loner update. been quite some time and no fis from Netgear.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Can no longer do firmware updates

Netgear seems to have given up on supporting this router. Firmware updates are no longer possible no matter what process you use... Download file, over network, etc.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Never buying a Netgear Product Again

Every few months I receive an email about an "Important Security Firmware Update from NETGEAR" - well I can't update to the next firmware, and I can't downgrade to previous versions either.
They send me emails about it being a security risk, but I have troubleshooter upgrading via every method possible and have wasted 4 hours of my time on a defective product. A few minutes on netgear forums and a few Google searches about the Netgear AC3600 X6s WiFi Router (R7960P) confirms that this device is broken.
After my experience with "support" (which they expect me to pay for after 90 days) I will never buy a Netgear product again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Product!

Very fast internet speeds and extremely easy to setup. I also appreciate the capabilities of the Nighthawk mobile app to easily manage settings, connected devices, and guest WiFi access.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Firmware updates are not working even once on R7960P, How are you guys still in business for taking peoples online security so lightly ?
