Strong Signal with Easy Setup

Our building is approximately 4500 sq. ft. and has some unique challenges. It is actually two building on top of each other and also has lots of concrete. This usually obstructs signals. With the Nighthawk placed upstairs, I get great reception downstairs.
The setup is easy using the app. I also love the option of having guest WiFi. This router is perfect for our church needs.

Awesome Router

I have been looking for a router to replace my Orbi Mesh router for several months. The Orbi Mesh router kept dropping the internet or freezing up while face timing. This NETGEAR Nighthawk X6S AC3600 was easy to setup and works great. I have not had it drop the internet or freeze up since I installed it. I have also installed the Arlo Pro 2 5-Pack Camera and have not had any issues.

I have this router for almost 2 weeks now. I can notice considerable improvement in quality and coverage throughout my 3K plus sq ft two story home. I have at least two TVs live streaming most of the day without freezing now. I do have AT&T 1000mbps internet plan and I think that this router will help us to make the most of it. I can already notice big difference in uploading/downloading speeds throughout the house.

My Actiontec-MI424WR Gen2 Wi-Fi would "reset" if I have multiple devices streaming thus disconnecting every Wi-Fi device while the router recovers.This Nighthawk is able to handle my load without any hesitation.I also like the simple IPTV setting for which I can connect my old Actiontec-MI424WR Gen2 to one of the ports and it "bridges" the connection so I can still keep using my FiOS TV.Another plus is the OpenVPN capabilities.This router has everything I need!

Best Router Purchased

I use it to connect my home smart devices and I haven't had an issue yet. My old router kept dropping certain pieces of equipment and this one has everything running smooth. I also love the fact that I can control everything via app. I also have my whole house hard wired to it. The 3 channel WiFi routing is awesome. Only gripe is I wish it had 6 ports and another usb 3, but it is available on the x10, but I don't want to pay that much. This is the best bang for the buck.

I come from using a first generation Nighthawk. After almost 6 years of using that router I thought it would be a good idea to update my network. Obviously I had to go with Netgear as the last one worked splendid. This router stretched the range of my wifi slightly and that alone is worth the price tag. While I wish I could use the old nighthawk as a repeater and still maintain a password on it I can't, can't really fault the new Nighthawk for that. I would definitely recommend this product to friends and family.

I was tired of my old free router that my ISP gave me so I upgraded. The difference is day & night, like driving a beat car vs a ferrari. The NETGEAR Nighthawk X6S AC3600 smart features is amazing. It allows me direct access to the router via phone & toggling each device access on & off is mind blowing. So far not a single hiccup with my 1gb download speeds & kids are happy with the router's performance as well (no more restarts etc). So far, the NETGEAR Nighthawk has come out of the box looking like a beast with its 6 arms & it has performed amazing.

We are a family of six, with computers, tablets, laptops, Apple TV and fire stick plus each with their own cellphones. Oh and did I forget to mention video games?
Since I purchased this product the complains have stopped at home. No more pixel images or a constant loading icon on the screen while trying to watch a movie. No need to use our mobiles data. Nighthawk is what any big tech family needs. You won't regret investing. We had a previous netgear router (lasted over 10 years) but the family grew and so it did the need of WiFi usage.
Just go for it and make your whole family happy.
