Some minor issues with Linux compatibility with the shipped firmware, but updating to the latest has resolved the connection issues. Able to connect/disconnect/sleep/resume at any time and it always reconnects.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great with my work laptop, my only issue was the price. But it does everything I wanted it to do, extra ports, power for laptop. I can leave my external monitor and external hard drive connected to dock. Leave my power brick in my bag, connect and leave with 1 cable, it's 2 cables but the connectors can link together. No more having to disconnect multiple cable when leaving.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good build quality, clean lines and robust port connectors. I do wish audio jack was in the back for a neater look. Annoying that the smaller models (which cant deliver as much charging power) don't charge at all - I would want them to still charge the laptop while plugged in, albeit at a slower rate. To get the full charging that the P16 demands, this is the one you need.
