Love at First Griddle!

Being a ‘smoker’ for several
Years….I've been intrigued by griddles and their place in outdoor cooking. My first attempt was grilled ham egg cheese and inion breakfast sandwiches on sourdough and it was so much easier and better than multiple pans on my indoor cooktop. I can’t wait to explore

Purchased in June and still can’t find out how to attach the lid. Friends have said it takes a tod while others say it takes screws. There is none in the box. What can i do??

Retirement

After a 30 year career. I was able to choose a retirement gift from a catalog. A Blackstone griddle, I believe was my best choice. I’m unpacking my Blackstone, reading the owner’s manual, getting ready to start cooking. Looking forward to an elevated experience in retirement.
