Blackstone a Great Griddle with a secure Hood

The Blackstone griddle came as advertised on the website and box. The size is perfect for a good amount of people to serve, 2-10 depending on what you are grilling. Cooks evenly on any temperature using one side, the other or both sides. It is another addition to our outdoor patio. That will be enjoyed for years to come
The only issue was; having to purchase the line with regulator in order to use a 20lb tank. And also had to purchase a cover for the griddle. Oh and bought the jar of oil to protect it as well

new grill with rust?

I received this as a gift from my employer as a 25 year work anniversary gift and it already had some rust on the front panel near the knobs. I found that disappointing since it is brand new. Otherwise it would be perfect and can't wait to cook on it.

Nice little unit

Looks well built , I have not had a portable bbq in a long time 35 year at least and I was looking for something to take to the dragstrip that was not to big and I think this will work.
I also grabbed the adapter for the larger tank so I will not run out of propane.

We have literally been cooking every meal on this griddle. Less mess in the house, keeps the heat down no more scrubbing dirty dishes. Cleanup is a breeze.
