Disappointing Warranty

I can’t believe that we have to purchase additional coverage for such an expensive product. The Blackstone name used to be one of quality and great performance. Now I am beginning to doubt if that is still true.

Just got it. I’m sure it will cook awesome and I will love it. But first impressions are a little low. Lid seems flimsy. Handle is hollow cheap ish. And some sticky discoloration on cooking area.

Works great for grilling fish, steaks, veggies... haven't tried pancakes/eggs/bacon yet but that's on the list!
Thinking about getting the smaller unit with the side griddle for RV'ing. These are that good, folks!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Misleading Warranty

I bought this because I was told that it came with a one year warranty. When I went to register my item it showed that I had to pay for the warranty. Very misleading. I will be returning this item for a refund.
