Poor Packaging

I’m displeased that it is packaged in cheap styrofoam. It took an effort to clean up all those tiny styrofoam bits that cling to everything.

Activate your warranty- not

After working through screens and sharing information, when you think you’ve activated your warranty, SURPRiSE! No warranty, just trying to sell you a service plan. I bought the griddle because it has a lid, yet instructions say not to cook with lid closed. Instructions for optional lid for similar grill suggest you can close the lid for up to 10 minutes while cooking. The product may work great, but unneeded frustration before starting to season it.

Thank you for your review. All of our products come with a warranty, we just also offer extended warranties for purchase. We understand you'd like to cook with the hood, but just to keep the longevity of the hood, we recommend using a basting cover instead.
