One screw stripped

Out of the box one of the screws came out (the one that connects the hood to the griddle) and the pieces don’t fit together as that screw looks stripped.
I will update once we try get this fixed and try it out.

Great looking product

Superior packaging and easy set-up. Only 1 trial cooking session - breakfast for my wife - but no surprises and works very well. Cleaned up after scrambled eggs easily. Will put it through more work this weekend. My only other comment - it’s not really as portable as you might think - it is impressively heavier than I would have thought. Not a complaint, just the facts.
