good griddle

tried it with a friend while camping. loved it. as a chef i have always enjoyed a flat top.
i love the easy versatility, easy cleaning and maintenance. a bit heavy and bulky for portability though im aware of smaller units.
seems to me that it is a bit less propane consuming than regular grills.
perfect for smash burgers of course!
