Great but bad label

Love everything but label on the lid is all but impossible to remove even with solvent! Had to scrape it off with goo gone for 30 minutes and caused some scratches.

Hard to get the flames big if you just use it like a normal grill you have to baby it open

Not sure how to review it yet. We are having trouble getting the grill cleaned every time we cook on it the food turns black. Any suggestions?
