Very impressed!

I am amazed with this vent hood. It is better that expected. It has 4 times the fan power as our previous vent hood and twice as quiet. Installation was easy and fit was perfect. Love the controls and timer function for the fans. My wife is Asian and cooks with her wok on a regular basis. We had to move her cooking outside because of the fumes and smoke from her cooking. Now she can cook indoors without setting off the smoke detectors or filling the house with hot pepper odor. She loves it because she doesn't freeze in the winter! Really love the filters and how easy they remove and fit into the dishwasher.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good Quality Range Hood At A Good Price

I have never owned any other range hood, but the Hauselane UC-PS10 seems like a great unit.
Positives:
+ High perceived build quality
+ Moves a good amount of air
+ Reasonable install difficulty
+ Fits where the microwave once was
+ Vents externally

I honestly can't think of any negatives. The screws included to hold the unit in place would likely have worked fine with solid wood, but since my cabinets are not solid wood, I opted to use some nuts, bolts, and washers instead. This complicated the install a bit, but is working very well.
If I were in the market to buy a range hood for another location with similar needs, I would buy this one again.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Powerful enough for Asian cooking

At first I was skeptical about the range hood because of the price and I do mostly asian cooking. Once I started using it, I was surprised how good it collected the stream and my house doesn’t smell like oil after cooking. The only downside about this range hood is the noise and sometimes the plates might be difficult to clean throughly

Worth the money

I purchased this product 4 years ago and have been very satisfied with it's performance and features. It has dual fans, with several speeds that really exhaust all gases and any smoke form frying. The baffle like filters are cleaned easily in the dishwasher. It is definitely worth the money
