Excellent for Asian cooking

I've owned this for several months now and can say that this was a great purchase. I no longer have to worry about any smells upstairs after cooking. I've tried using my wok as well and the kitchen is free of smoke. I'm thoroughly impressed. It is not loud on high for the amount of air it moves. It is pretty heavy, but I was able to install it myself using a cabinet jack. You just have to buy 2 boards, one to set the cabinet jack on top of the stove and the other for the hood to sit on. I have not experienced any problems with the LCD that others have reported.

Great amount of suction and light. Super easy to take apart and clean. If I had one complaint, the angle of the unit looks a bit off; however, I think it helps improve the performance of it. Overall love it and will be buying another one shortly for another property.

Was a little hesitant about ordering online and not being able to see product beforehand. When we
received product and opened box all worries went away. Excellent color match for our new LG
appliances. Some reviews complained about fan noise, but we are pleased with everything about this
product. Fan timer is great and lights really light up our stove. Pictures did show a clock but ours
does not seem to have one. No worries though plenty of clocks in kitchen.

An Excellent Vent Hood

I bought this vent hood (UC-PS10) when updating our kitchen. The performance is outstanding! I like to sear my steaks on my stovetop in a cast iron skillet then baste in garlic butter. You can imagine the steam when cooking four or more steaks for a group of people. This unit clears the air in the kitchen of all cooking odors and smoke really fast! Customer Service has been really great about answering questions and helping with orders. I have dealt with Jarrod and Emily by phone and their follow ups have been great!!

I bought this range hood January 6 2019 for my new home. GREAT SUCTION. Need two people to install it. I'm asian so I cook with a lot of fish sauce and strong aroma that really stinks up the house. The hood does a really good job of removing the oder.Recently the range hood stopped working on November 2019. My customer service rep is name Eric. He was such a great help. They sent me three parts to replace and fix the issue but that didn't work so they ended up sending me a whole new range hood. I figured out the problem was that I needed a new motor for the fans but they told me that they didn't want to bother me with trying to replace the motor so they thought it would be easier on me to just send us a new hood. I thought it was very thoughtful of them and they really do care about customer service. I am impress. Now that I have an extra range hood that needs a motor replacement, I am going to buy the part and fix it myself and give it to my dad.

This hood has been great, we replaced an over the range microwave and the smoke alarm
hasn’t gone off since. Installation was a little tricky because I don’t have jacks but we managed to get done.

Sleek stainless design

We received our Chef Range Hood as a gift and were ecstatic when it arrived. It's sleek, stainless steel design really elevated our small small kitchen. Like most homes, our kitchen came with a microwave installed above the stove. We quickly discovered that installing a range hood above the stove was far more useful (especially when it came time to host Thanksgiving dinner in our home). The Chef Range Hood is incredibly powerful, easy to use and easy to clean. We absolutely love it and would highly recommend it to anyone!
