The installation for the product was very straightforward. The user interface was very easy for set up and the written instructions for the wiring plate made it a snap for mounting the unit. I have been very happy with my purchase.

We bought the house, so the system had already been installed. I didn't enjoy the website connection process at all. Not as intuitive. Now that the app is on my phone, I do find it convenient. It honestly does look a bit clunky though.

The features we like thus far is our ability to program from the panel and phone app. We went with the professional installation as we needed the C wire and 24 volt transformer. The professional install was well worth investment.

This product allows for remote access to the internal and external environmental data at my residence. This is very valuable information to a home owner. Such data can prevent major costly repairs in areas that often see below freezing temps.
