I was so pleased with my first Honeywell Wi-Fi 9000 that I bought a second one for my rental house. I like being able to monitor/adjust the settings from my phone as well as the panel. It was easy to set up and it paired nicely with my wi-fi.

love the thermostat but what i don't like is when I try to change the temp in the house through the app 1/2 the time, the server is down and can't do nothing.

Thermostat worked fine but the Honeywell server was very unreliable, leaving remote control useless and affecting the true status of the thermostat via the WiFi app. Unit was returned and replaced with Nest thermostat. I needed dependable remote con
