Only had 4 wire cable to old thermostat. Had to pull 5 for common

Like the thermostat. Needs backing plate to cover up previous holes in wall.

Was easy to set up, but sometimes it seems to go on a hold for no reason and go off the schedule, perhaps it's an issue with the program, but it works well.

The WiFi thermostat has been great so far. We had a little problem one day. Onevthermostat would not connect to WiFi. We have 2 thermostats and the other never had a problem.

Took three installers to figure this thing out in terms of and wiring in terms of getting it set up. Scheduling assistant was the big issue nobody could figure that out including me. Software and navigation is to be simpler.

I like the programming functions. It gives a level of comfort and control a standard set and forget thermostat just can't do. It makes the house much more comfortable.
