I had Smithco Services install it and program it as well. This thermostat works great and I love the feature on my phone and how I can control it from anywhere. Truly the best thermostat

Must have 5 wire system to install. I had to review a few youtube videos to figure out the five wire piece, but after that was hooked up, installation of the unit itself was no problem. It connected to wifi and worked perfect right away.

This thermostat is very small compared to my old one, which is a good thing, however, the old one had mounting holes which needed to be covered. There is a plate kit which this thermostat does not come with, be sure to check if needed before install

Followed instructions and watched videos but could not get brand new Weils McLean heater to work with this thermostat ! Very disappointed

My Honeywell Thermostat is very easy to use and I love the display. It is also awesome to be able to use the app on my phone to do everything that I can on my home thermostat.
