MAC address printed on the card shipped with the thermostat was incorrect and prevented connecting to the router with MAC address filtering. Filtering was removed and thermostat displayed correct MAC address and then filtering was reestablished.

Would not even power up at first, had to YouTube problem fixes with this unit and finally got it powered up. Everything worked great but wouldnât engage compressor and only blew hot air, old Honeywell digital programmable thermostat works fine
