Disappointed that it can't automatically maintain a range (turn on the heat if it gets cold, and the A/C if it gets hot). It's either heater or A/C.

It was relatively easy to install. Only difficulty was getting it to work with a one stage heat pump. The wiring options didn't accommodate for a split line.
Overall, it has worked very well and the auto circulate feature has made a huge difference in keeping our home temperature evenly distributed. Our upstairs and downstairs was significantly different until we upgraded. I do feel it really helps us keep everything down as far as cost because the programming is accurate and it does work well with the app.

This is my first wi-fi smart programmable t-stat for home and it works very well. It was not difficult to change out and not at all difficult to connect to wi-fi and get the apps working. The only negative thing that I have noticed so far is that the back light is still very bright at night even on the lowest setting. I does read indoor humidity but it does not control for humidity. However, the programming features allow enough flexibility to make sure the humidity is reduced at night. I haven't gotten my first power bill while using this t-stat, and I hope that I've achieved efficiency and not just effectiveness.

The thermostat works well and is easy to use but it is EXTREMELY difficult to get to work with Google Home. I am an experienced computer guy and I had difficulty so I cannot imagine how an average user would be able to set it up. I wouod have given it 5 stars had it's setup been more straightforward. It took hours of googling and reading blogs of what other had done to set it up only to come up with a solution almost by accident.

After the unit was replaced 2×: Honeywell indicated units produced before 2018 were troublesome. Buy the better model color screen have 1 from 2017 and now another 2019 no problem excellent unit: confirm if you have a C wire for installation if init requires! Honeywell customer tech support is fantastic, setting up wifi to unit and always available 24/7. A trusted brand

This is a lovable Thermostat. I'm not high tech but this was easy to set up and the Wi-Fi is pretty neat. You can change the back round colors to fit your mood. Outside / inside temp and humidity display. Yes I recommend this and would definitely buy another.
