Great product!! A bit of a pain to install. I'd recommend someone with experience in thermostat installation or a contractor but works FANTASTIC!! Especially when linked to a Smart Home device like an Amazon Echo. A must have!!

Great product overall. Only issues are the option to create own passcode and the touchscreen itself being a bit unresponsive at times; need more pressure to follow through with what is pressed. App is great, complaint being the buttons covered in fa

Installation was easy largely because this replaced a unit with identical wiring. This requires a C wire. The pad is easy to use but the touch sensitivity is not as sensitive as I would like. You simply have to push harder than most touch screens.

So far so good. I would like to see if it could have satellite units in other rooms or even one you could have that be the one to base the temp on for example at night.

Bought 3 , o e for upstairs and one in main floor. Main floor broke withun one week. Ease of use good. Operating well now. Durability in question. Fast response from vendor to replace. Honeywell says they are not responsible for warranty
