I have three of these. Two are used with conventional HVAC systems in my house; the third is used with a heat pump system in an adjoining carriage house. I like the flexibility and control offered by the thermostats.

The contractor who installed my furnace also installed this thermostat. It was quick installation, I signed up online and connection was very easy. The program is very simple to set-up. The whole system is very easy to use. Love it!

Product seems adequate now, but the contractor had to install 5 thermostats before a satisfactory unit was found. We hope this unit continues to operate efficiently.

Everything went well but there was nothing in the written instructions on how to adjust the backlit screen. I had to play/search with the thermostat to find a tab that would allow me the ability to dim down the backlight!
