I have 5 of these and they work great however one I bought on line did not work and I don't know the vendor and I bought it about a year before I used it so I can't return it.

I also have an iComfort, and it just seems to work better. I didn't have the auto-switch enabled, and support was very difficult to get how to enable that. The mobile app seems to be very low effort. I'm constantly accidentally changing things.

Make sure you have the admin password for your router. If so, install is a cake walk
