Some how it lost the wi fi and I don't know how to fix it. I worked just fine for the first month and then now it all has to be done by hand. I wish I could get some one to show me how to set it up again. I'm so disappointed

This is a great unit deserving of at least 4 stars, but connection is the issue. Have been unable to connect on several occasions since purchasing, albeit it seems to have been better in the last week or so.

This came with a new build house i bought and 6 months in its not working . After chatting for 50 long minutes with their "help desk" they admitted they know it has an issue and dont know when it will be fixed

This thermostat is not compatible with a dual fuel system. I wish the description had been more complete. I have had to replace it with one that is dual fuel compatible. It is an intuitive and attractive thermostat
