This is my 2nd one and the keypad stinks. It is way to hard to adjust temp on the actual device. If it was not for the app I would have replaced

Installation was super easy. I don't have the C-Wire so I accepted the fact that I needed some power and just used a wall outlet to connect to the thermostat. It has worked well with my internet connection and works every time I set the temp.

So far the WiFi 9000 thermostat has been a huge convenience. We are away from home a lot and it's great to be able to adjust the temperature by cell phone before we get home from a trip. I would prefer push buttons to the touch screen.

Wireless is slow to connect always slow to connect. Fan options not controlled by schedule. Manual is pathetically incomplete. Residential vs commercial programming options not explained at all. The built in thermometer reads high by 2.5 deg F, per c

This was a replacement of the identical thermostat covered under Honeywell 5 yr warranty. Very pleased with thermostat and install.
