Upgraded to this thermostat with recent HVAC replacement. Husband has been admiring this product in friends’ homes for some time. He especially wanted the “always readable” feature rather than having to touch the screen to activate the display. Additional feature of outside temp display is nice. Programming is pretty straightforward with the app. However, we were glad to have the installer assist with downloading the app to our phones because the multi-step process is rather convoluted. Thermostat in use for only two months, but so far seems to be a good choice.
