I bought this thermostat specifically for the remote app control. Upon installation, it connected to my router. After a week, it lost the connection, now it won't reconnect to the router. Very frustrating, I'm looking for a replacement product.

We Installed a new heat pump and changed to the Honeywell 9000 at the same time. Love the easy programmability. The display is bright and easy to read. Different display colors to choose from. The app means my wife and I can easily control it from our phones and adjust the temperature if we feel hot or cold. I like that it displays the temp and humidity inside and outside as well. Couldn't be happier with our purchase.

I needed to go through a complex of first trying to connect with the Resideo App and then figured out I needed to install and use the Total Connect Comfort App. Now I need to use 2 Apps in the same house. Some standardization would simplify usage and setup significantly! Photos show both Apps.
