Received as a gift and it sat in my basement for 5 years while I waited for my other thermostat to quit working. Was expecting set up issues with the thermostat being that old. No issues at all!!!!. Easy install. Easy set up. App works perfectly with the thermostat. I wished it had humidification or dehumidification options but that does not merit removing any stars on my review. I love the ability to change the screen color to blend with my decor.

Thermostat just works. Being able to connect to it via Wi-Fi. Makes a huge difference. I can set the thermostat from anywhere. Also seeing the humidity and temperature outside helps a lot.

I purchased the Thermostat December 21st but wasn't able to install it for another week because I needed an adapter for the common wire.
I'm not sure how accurate the temperature display is. The read out never changes even though the furnace is kicking on and off to maintain the heat.
