Awesome thermostat. Clean, modern, and actually provides real time weather information when connected to WiFi. Great little machine, and I hadn't realized how great until I started using the phone app to connect.

I bought this as a recommended thermostat from my power company. Figured it would be a safe purchase b/c it's Honeywell. Wrong. I'm an engineer and I want to see usage graphs. There are none. In fact I'm told none of Honywell's WiFi thermostats provide usage graphs. Nest can do this with it's eyes closed, come on Honewell. You have the data and even build performance emails from it, why not let the users see it, it's our data, just let us have it :( I will be getting a nest very soon.

I love the convenience and ease of use of this thermostat. Being able to control temperature and settings from my cell phone is so much better than before. it is great looking, too, and you can control the background colors and lighting.

WIFI disconnects constantly, complete waste of $$

This thermostat disconnects from wifi at least 4 times per day. I use it at my vacation home and it is pretty much useless since it doesn’t stay connected. No issues with the wifi either as my other electronics have no problems staying connected. Complete waste of time and money, go with another brand.

I love how the screen is small yet readable; as well as the millions of options for customized colors. The biggest thing was that it is Alexa-enabled and I can control it from anywhere in my home (which is perfect for someone like me who works in their basement which gets pretty cold!). It’s also very easy to install (although the warranty is void if you don’t use a professional - hence my four star rating)

Much easier to set up than earlier versions of the Honeywell wifi thermost. Logging directly into the router without having to use an additional smart device for setup is a great improvement. This stat is more intuitive to setup and use.

I don’t like that the humidity always reads really low compared to the other devices I have around the house. It gives me a lot of sensor errors and low humidity messages. I like the ease of being able to access the controls from an application anywhere.
