This is a very easy to use thermostat. Programming and wiring is easy too. I’m a licensed plumbing and heating contractor and I’m using this in my own house to monitor the temperature while I’m away. Just had installed a few months ago and now I notice screen goes black occasionally. Tried to get info online but all it says is to replace batteries. This unit is powered and does not have batteries. I have no idea if this is normal or not

This is an excellent thermostat, and I have this in two of my properties. Very intuitive to use and has a schedule for weekdays and weekends. It is tremendous to be able to see the thermostat and the internal temperature as well as humidity from anywhere you log into Wi-Fi.
